The diet industry is worth over $35b. This is despite the fact that losing weight boils down to simply burning off more calories than you take on. If you eat more than you need, you'll store the energy as fat and put on weight, if you eat less than you need you'll burn stored fat and lose weight. I'm struggling to make this any simpler yet people spend billions looking for a magic solution. You hear them in the adverts, "I've tried every diet going, nothing works for me." I think, mmm, have you tried eating less?
It's human nature to look for short cuts, magic bullets, no pain solutions, excuses, call them what you like. It's also human nature to complicate matters, confuse people and be less than truthful especially when there's money to be made. So the diet industry marches onwards and upwards, exploiting fatties.
So what's this got to do with SEO? Quite a lot. If it's not obvious don't worry, just eat another cake, drink some sugary juice and keep moaning about your website not being found in the search engines.
